Trade Agreements Act - GSA Schedule
Contracts are subject to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), meaning all
products listed on the GSA Schedule Contract be manufactured or
“substantially transformed” in a “designated country”.

Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) - On February 13th, 2009, U.S.
congress passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 which was
signed by President Obama 4 days later on February 17th. The act is a direct
response to the economic crisis intended to:

retain existing jobs
•Stimulate economic activity and invest in
long term economic growth
•Cultivate higher levels of accountability and
transparency in Government spending
